20 Things You Can Do For Yourself

Even though I am married with a child, I enjoy spending time alone.  For me it is a way to recharge, reflect and get to know myself a little more. Today I am sharing 20 things that can be done as you enjoy your solitude.
  1. Go for a walk
  2. Travel
  3. Experiment in the kitchen
  4. Mani/Pedi
  5. Start a new hobby
  6. Go to a movie
  7. Binge watch your favorite TV show
  8. Volunteer
  9. Go shopping
  10. Relax at a local hotel
  11. Go to a new workout class
  12. Go to a museum exhibit you’ve thought about seeing
  13. Buy yourself some flowers
  14. Have a spa day
  15. Go to the beach
  16. Go for a hike
  17. Read a book while having a bubble bath
  18. Explore the city your currently live in
  19. Take yourself to a lunch (or dinner)
  20. Go to a bookstore
Spending time alone is so important for your mental batteries and I think everyone should do it from time to time.
